Aldine ISD has partnered with Custom Care Pharmacy and Community Health Choice to provide COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer) for Aldine ISD students (siblings and family) and staff at Ogden Elementary School on November 11, 2021 from 8 am – 4:00 pm. This opportunity is for students ages 5 and up (siblings and family) and staff members who have not previously been vaccinated or who would like a booster shot. Parents will need to sign a consent for students under the age of 18. 

All three vaccinations are available to you (Pfizer, Moderna and Johnons & Johnson). Come get your first, second and booster vaccination.

Please have your ID badge (students and staff), other appropriate ID and your insurance card if available.  A birth certificate, social security card/number, passport, insurance card or a school shot record will be required for proof of age for students under age 18.  Each child must be registered individually.
