Arrival and Dismissal Times

7:00am: The school building opens. Please do not drop off your child before the building opens.

7:00am – 7:35am: Breakfast is served free of charge to all students, every day.

7:35am: School begins.
2:30pm: Front doors locked to prepare for dismissal.
3:10 pm: Dismissal begins

Dismissal Procedures

The scheduled dismissal time for Ogden Elementary School is 3:10pm. If your child’s method of transportation will be changed, please send a note to your child’s teacher. If you forget to send a note please call the office by 2:30 p.m.

Without a written note or oral communication to the front office, changes will not be made to the child’s method of transportation.

Building Security

Please bring a current driver’s license or photo I.D. each time you visit our school. You will need to use your I.D to check in at front entrance to receive a visitor’s badge. A badge is required for classroom or lunchroom visits, checking out students, and parent/teacher conferences. Please be advised everyone is required to pass through a metal detector and have all bags inspected prior to being granted entrance onto the premises.
